Create Your Free Account
Go to hubdesk.space and click "Start free". Enter your name, email, and password. You will receive an email confirmation — click the link to activate your account. Your workspace is ready instantly with 5 GB of free storage and up to 3 active projects.
Create Your First Project
From the Dashboard, click the green "New Project" button in the top-right corner. Enter a project title (e.g., "Brand Film V1") and the client's name. HubDesk auto-generates a unique token-based URL for the review portal. Copy it — you can share it directly once you have uploaded your first cut.

Upload Your First Video Cut
Inside your project, locate the "Evidence & Versions" panel on the right sidebar. Drag and drop an MP4, MOV, or MKV file (up to 20 GB on Freelancer, 50 GB on Agency) into the upload zone, or click "Browse" to select a file. HubDesk immediately begins transcoding your master into a lightweight H.264 web proxy — your client can start reviewing in seconds, even on a slow 4G connection.

Share the Review Link
Once the upload completes, click the green "Copy Share Link" button in the workspace header. Paste the link into an email, Slack, or WhatsApp message — your client opens it in any browser, no login required. The first time they visit, they enter their name, email, and role (Director, Producer, etc.) and begin reviewing immediately.
Get Approval & Lock the Round
When satisfied, your client clicks "Approve This Cut" at the top of the review portal. You receive an instant email notification. That version is now frozen — its comments, timestamps, and approval status are permanently recorded. Any future upload becomes V2, stacked on top, with its own revision history.
